Desperately Need BioStar M7MIA-R v2.0!!!

hello all

i'm trying to find a working BioStar M7MIA motherboard or something similar. I can't find them anywhere, and the floppy controller on mine is out.

For similar, i need the board to have the following:

RAID onboard
DDR RAM slots (x2)
ISA Slot (x1)
Athlon XP Processor support (Palomino and up)

if anyone can point me in the direction to pick this board up pretty cheap, please, PLEASE contact me

i saw that one, but looked into the sellers feedback rating (92% with only around 60 feedback total) and found 3 instances where the item description didn't match the item recieved. I'm waiting on an email back from the guy (it's been 2 days now), but my instincts say to pass on this one....
