Question Desperately need help, mobo says bad CPU ?

I've checked the ram, psu, updated the board bios with the flash button, reinstalled the cpu fan, and nothing. Only lights up very rarely to flash a bad cpu light. The board is an mpg z590. Cpu is i7 -11700k.
