Hello there tom's Hardware community

I have an NZXT Phantom 410 case which has 5 case fans attached to a fan switch that came with the case. It a very simple switch with three settings: high, medium, and low. Looks like it controls power to the fans, limiting the power thus limiting the speed of the fan.

Is there some sort of standard associated with these switches to know how fast the fans are moving with a certain switch orientation?

Solution
The switch simply changes the volts to the fans, their really no way to tell what RPM their turning in the low or mid setting.
Well you could check the fan specks for the RPM when it has 12 volts then use a volt meter to measure the volts going to the fan in the mid and low positions break it down to a percentage and get a fairly close idea but not exact.
