Question Device Connection Problem

I've been consistently trying to figure out and research this problem and I've come up with little to nothing. My problem is that I'm only able to use my laptop on my internet after a tech came down to fix our issue with dropped service, which they fixed.The only difference I could see was a change from VDSL to ADSL. None of the my three smart TV's or my Xbox can connect to the internet properly. Wire or wireless. I've tried literally everything over the past month. Including but not limited too factory resetting the TV's, Xbox and Router. They also Sent a new router. Messing with virtually every router setting. I'm at a loss. I'd list all the things I've tried but It will be easier for me to reply back to you to tell you if I have or not.
