My windows did an update, now my device manager is empty! I keep getting an error message that there is no avi graphic driver installed. Help!

Go to Dell website to download the BIOS. http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/DriverDetails/Product/optiplex-960?driverId=RW4PX&osCode=WLH&fileId=3080251982&languageCode=en&categoryId=BI

After that, you need find the " O960-A17.exe " file. It most likes in the C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\My Documents\downloads.
If you find it, just double click to run the " O960-A17.exe ", maybe you need more click like yes, enter, ok like that. The BIOS update will only last less than 5min. You don't need the floppy drive at all. During the time you need close all the programs, and don't nothing and wait for it done. After the update the PC will reboot again.

that's the error message I received when I tried to run the program. I was able to right click on my desktop and check the graphic card. It said working properly. When I tried to update driver from there, It said I had the latest driver.
