Hi Guys,

I have a Gigabyte Z390 Auros Extreme Motherboard and have just completed a fresh build, have fully installed windows 10 pro and completed all updates.

I am connected to the internet via Ethernet cable and is working fine (I think) anyway in my device manager its showing I need drivers for Ethernet Controller and API Interface but when I search I can't find them in my pc, can anyone show me what I need to do here or it's not necessary to have these drivers?

The drivers you need should come with your motherboard. If you don't have that, contact Gigabyte.

Thanks for your response, what I’m confused about is that my internet works fine, yet when you go into device mnager you see “Ethernet Controller and API interface” with a little “!” over them in a triangle.

But if my internet works how can these drivers be missing?
