Device manager is showing 'PCI Serial Port" but i already have a graphics card driver

I just opened device manager, and it shows 'PCI Serial Port", while the only PCI slot being used is by the graphics card (my graphics card is amd radeon hd 7450). What is it? Update keeps failing

That is not the video card slot. Install the chipset drivers for the motherboard, should go away. The video card would be in a PCIe slot not a PCI slot, they are different.
