Device manager lists an AMD 760G when I don't have one

My device manager lists an AMD 760G under my display adapters. Uninstalling it causes me to get no output from my GPU, but having it installed slows my PC down a noticeable amount.

Please post your Full PC specs like your Graphics card, CPU and motherboard etc
