Question Device manger is showing several copies of the same driver installed onto the cpu.

Title really says it all. In device manager there are like 10 copies of the same driver listed under the processor. Is this normal or do I need to delete some of them? I have a Ryzen 5 3600X cpu, and the driver's came directly from AMD's website.
