[SOLVED] Device not migrated

So earlier my friend asked me a question if I know how to migrate a device and I wasn't really sure what he's talking about there so he sent me a screenshot of what he was saying.

Now as a suggestion I told him to reinstall he's wireless USB WIFI adapter's drivers but he hasn't told me if it has worked yet. Now I've been telling him to just use an ethernet cable for a very long time now but uh I dunno about why he hasn't yet.

Anyways he's PC's specs are:
Asus Prime A320
Ryzen 5 3400G
8 GB RAM
Windows 10
That's all I know from he's pc.

Now he hasn't given me any updates about the situation atm but uh yeah.

Good advice for the reinstall of drivers, also tell him to check for new updates to his chipset drivers also.
