Device that plays USB sticks

During our house move my stereo was broken. I would really like a device that can play direct from a USB stick to a speaker, so I can listen without earbuds as I like to listen to tracks whilst painting. Any help what I should be Googling for would be appreciated.

Do you have a friend w/pc that could transfer your music to your cellphone's storage? and then just use ear buds?

best buy has a few options usually in stock that can play music from flash drives if you need something asap.

Thanks, but don't have a mobile, and due to ear condition prefer not to use earbuds, hence wanting a device similar to the one in my car. I tried your website, but I am in UK, and it isn't available here. However, something similar may be the answer.
