Devices in Device Manager showing yellow exclamation mark

Hello.. i installed Windows 7 Ultimate on my laptop that fell..new hard drive..unfortunately there r a few exclamation marks in the device manager as follows:
1. Bluetooth Controller
2. Ethernet Controller
3. Network Controller
4. PCI Simple Communications Controller
5. SM Bus Controller..

How can i go about fixing this problem..i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver.. what should i do next..HELP

Download and install Slimdriver from Slimware utilities. Scan your PC and install any of the drivers it recommends.

Did you use the disc of the drivers to install or just windows also you may have go to the websites to d/l the drivers

I just did the install for windows 7 disc.. but how can i get to the site if i cant get internet access..

Haha, right, Ethernet controller. Go to your laptop manufacturers support website and download the drivers in question to a USB stick from another computer. Then just install them on your laptop.

If your USB ports aren't working either (try them all), you may have to burn the drivers to a CD or DVD and install them from there.

Thank you i will try downloading the drivers from another computer via usb...i will keep updating
