Devices will not connect to wifi

I am not tech savvy. But my aunt has a 3801hgv router from AT&T. Everything has worked fine until my sister decided to reset the modem for whatever reason. Her ipod wouldn't connect, my phone wouldnt connect. My laptop wont connect and neither will our xbox.

I got my phone to connect through static ip. But nothing else will connect. I cant even open the router config. Settings on my laptop.

I fixed it you guys thanks. What I did was hold the reset button on the 3801hgv for 30 seconds for a factory reset and unplugged her cisco linskys and allowed each to reboot separately and now all devices and can connect...
