Devil's Canyon i5 or i7?

I can't decide whether or not to get the i5 4690k and the Gigabyte GTX 770 OC 2GB.

or...

The i7 4790k and the EVGA GeForce GTX 760 Superclocked 2GB.

I need best performance for gaming.

I'd go for the i5 + 770 as in terms of gaming there is current not much difference in performance between an i5 and i7 but there is a fair difference between 760 and 770.

Go for the i7 combo - the EVGA GTX 760 has great performance, and the i7 4790 is superb!
