Question Devolo magic 2 Wi-Fi 6 powerline issue

Hi. I have been given a Devolo magic 2 Wi-Fi 6 starter kit for my house to improve some dead spots.

The Lan and the Wi-Fi adaptor have peen paired also also cloned to the router.

The problem I have is that whenever my phone or other mobile devices seem to connect to the Wi-Fi adaptor there appears to be no internet connection. Also in the Devolo app it shows that I’m connected to the router SSID but says that no devices are installed.
Where am I going wrong?

Start by NOT cloning the SSID from your primary router. That way you can MANUALLY choose which WIFI signal manually. That will help with debugging.

Are you in the United states with 120v wall outlets, or other countries with 220v wall outlets?
