Question Devolo Powerline does not pair

Devolo Powerline does not pair
I have a pair of Devolo Magic 1 wifi mini Powerline (Lan module to router plus wifi module) that has always worked but suddenly they no longer connect to each other.
I tried to reset both devices and do both the automatic and the manual procedure, according to the manual and as done other times in the past but they do not pair, after the attempt the red flashing LEDs light up.
Do you know how to try to fix it?

Reference physically numbered pages 13,14, and 15 (Indicator lights).

Red LED covered in #1,2, & 3. Flashing patterns.
