DFI AK 74-EC Overclocking?

I am new to this over clocking game, and would like to over clock my Athlon 850Mhz to something alittle faster. But everytime I try to adjust ANYTHING my cpu won't boot.
any recommendations on how and what to adjust??

What temperatures does your cpu run at when not overclocked?? Is your multiplier unlocked??

About 36C when I'm not really doing anything, and since I'm not sure how to unlock the multiplier it is most likely locked still.
