Question DGS-3324SRI need to reset factory defaults

Hi, im new here.
I have second hand D-Link 3324SRI switch. I dont know IP and password for root/user/admin in terminal (RS232). I want to reset Factory defaults ...
Holding (from begining) shift 3 goes to here

Holding (from begining) shift 6 goes to nothing.
Maybe i shoud install new firmware? Thanks for advice
