DH55TC Multiplier Not Showing

Recently I overclocked my Intel i3 530 by increasing the base clock and decreasing the multiplier to 21 from 22. Thought the system is running fine so far BIOS shows that my processor is running at the speed which I proposed earlier but with Multiplier 22. How can it be?

Hi.
The multiplier on that CPU is locked. You cannot change it.
