DH55tc Random Hard Reboot Problem

I have been searching everywhere online and can't find an answer to my problem. I hope you guys can help me.

Here is the PC Spec:
i3 530 (No OC, Stock)
Intel DH55tc
4 * 2 DDR Ram at 1333mhz (2x2g)
LG MONITOR - 21.5 "
500-Watt Power Supply
Sony DVD
W7 Professional

So, as I say, the PC Hard randomly hard boot itself..

Standard questions:

1) Do you have the latest BIOS installed? TC.0028 is the latest.
2) Are you hitting a Thermal protection limit? Meaning that you are cooling the CPU properly?
3) When does the system hard reboot itself?
4) Did you verify that the memory you are using is on the tested memory list?
