Question dh61ww bios update help.

i have a dh61ww with the 0038 version. if i were to update the bios to 0041 what method should i use? bios recovery method or normal f7 method?

Before you do a BIOS update can I ask why you wanna do a BIOS update? Do you have any issues with your system? Is it for a CPU upgrade? If you have no issues do not update the BIOS.
