What's the highest card I can get on such a motherboard?

The seller recommended 750TI but I wonder if I can go higher...

I have an i7 2600, and I'm getting a 650W power (3$ more expensive than the 450W one, both corsairVS) so I have room to go as high as I want

Provided the card is compatible with the available slots, and the PSU meets the card's power requirements, you can install any GPU you want to.

The Corsair VS series is Tier 4. Always Tier 1 or Tier 2 is recommended for gaming PCs. The GTX 750Ti is good.
You can get a GTX 970 too, but get a better PSU if so.
