Hello i got the dh67bl mobo combined with the i5 2500. Im interested in buying nvidias new gen gpu more like the 1070 if my system can support it. I know my PCIE-2.0 is not a problem and that i might get less fps on cpu intensive games. Gpu intensive ones should work fine atleast thats my guess for example dark souls 3. What i heard is that if my mobo doesn support UEFI there wont even be a signal coming out of the gpu. Intel states nowhere about UEFI support and booting in the bios i did see a UEFI boot option. I changed that to use UEFI boot but boot screen is still the same. They told me UEFI is using the mouse on the bios screen? I also got the stock cooler for my cpu and when over 90%for a few mins and it gets really hot like over 85 degrees

Some mobo, such as your Intel DH67BL comes with non-GUI UEFI bios.
the interface is basically same as the legacy BIOS one, but it's a pure UEFI with 2TB+ primary boot device support, secure boot support, and fast booting support.

then just buy the graphic card you want, install it, and enjoy your upgrade.

It's depending on the graphics card you want to buy.

Some manufacturer implemented "dual BIOS", "switchable BIOS", or "hybrid BIOS" in their cards, it will automatically detect your BIOS configuration then switches the BIOS to correct one, in your case it's legacy BIOS. All EVGA, ASUS and MSI cards have this feature, or what you need to do for buying the right GPU that compatible with mobo is look for one of those logo stating that this card have both UEFI and legacy support.

FYI, I'm using UEFI GTX 960 with my non UEFI/legacy BIOS ASUS p5q pro turbo mobo. Booted without problems whatsoever.

Im interested in the Gigabyte gtx 1070 G1 gaming but couldnt find online what is the cards' bios. You know if it will work on my current setup? Again my mobo does include an UEFI option but if i enable it i got no mouse cursor and the environment is still the same.
