Diablo 2 singleplayer char editor

Is there a char editor that works with 1.10? I don't want to hack the chars
or items, I just want to be able to mule, and trade items between
characters.

Yes.
Do a search of this group or at google for: ATMA (A Tenshi Muling
Application)
It does exactly what you are asking for, and allows you to have basically an
unlimited number of items in your stash file that you can transfer from / to
any SP character you have.
Sorry, I am too lazy / busy to look up the url for you, but at least now you
know that it is out there.

Well, ATMA isn't exactly an editor, but
sure enough it can mule an "trade" items.
