Diablo 2 won't connect to a second computer can't figure out why!!!

We're trying to connect diablo 2 to a second PC but it won't let us

What exactly do you mean by connecting diablo2 ? you mean installing diablo 2 on 2 different pcs, you mean connect 2 pcs in lan and play diablo 2?...
Need more info .
