Question Diablo 3 Carshes

Whenever I try to run the game, It's not working. I see black screen once I open a game and then it brings me back to Windows Explorer.
Currently, I am on Windows 10 1803.

The game stopped working just after reinstalling Windows 10.

Try installing Video Drivers from your manufacturer's website.
If you cannot find it, Try updating Your OS.

I had downloaded and installed all the latest drivers from DELL as well as updated my OS.

Try downloading nvidias drivers for your gpu( video drivers) they are important with games, what you downloaded from dell are probably the mobo stuff.
