I'm not sure why, but my computer doesn't seem to run Diablo III: Reaper of Souls all that well. I rarely hit 60 fps, and probably idle around 45. When there is some stuff going on, fps drops to 30 or below. Sometimes it gets really bad.

I would assume, with my system specs, that I should be able to run this game on max settings without many problems. When the game first came out (just under 4 years ago), my system seemed to run it better. I think it has to do with an older Nvidia driver giving me better performance. However, I do have the up-to-date driver.

Checked Can You RUN It and I was well enough over in ever category for recommended. CPU and GPU run at good temps. Never get hot.

System specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
ASRock Z68 EXTREME3 GEN3
GeForce GTX 560 Ti
Intel i5-3570k at 3.40 Ghz
8 GB RAM G.SKILL Ripjaw X DDR3 1600
250 gb OCZ Vertex 4 SSD
Corsair Professional HX750W

Any recommendations would be amazing! Thanks! 🙂

What resolution do you play at and have you tried adjusting the graphics quality to see if it affects the FPS ? Also because D3 is an online game that saves constantly the speed of you internet connection can affect framerates at times.

Simple test though, set the graphics quality and/or the resolution really low. If the game plays silky smooth at a much higher framerate then you've proved it's the graphics card and if it makes no difference you've proved it isn't.
