Diablo2 run on windows 7

the screen just flickers after i have installed diablo 2 on my windows 7

You would have to install the game in XP 32 bit compatability mode.
It won't run on 64bit.

Odd, I recently installed D2 on my Win7 64bit Netbook and it runs fine.
I have had the problem you described with Fallout 1 & 2 and PS:Torment though.
