Hello all,

I built this PC in April.
Any feedback is appreciated.

Here's my symptoms:
For one, my Chrome (and then computer) would crash when I tried to insert bullet points here using the UI. So, forgive my lack of formatting.
About a month after building my PC, I started to gradually get BSOD's more and more during seemingly random, or event driven times.
My rocket league games, for example, would occasionally crash and close when overtime started. Or when someone bumped me in-game.
It is MUCH worse on Risk of Rain for some reason. Guaranteed crash every 10 min.
It has gotten worse and worse. It will typically crash once every 20-30 min depending on what I do. It doesn't matter how few or many apps I have open, and doesn't care which I'm using.
It also crashes or freezes when idle. My BSOD crash notes vary quite a bit so it's not one specific event code.
Edit: Might be worth mentioning that it skips the BSOD sometimes and just crashes to a reboot.

Here's what I've tried:
I have updated all drivers that I can. I used Tom's hardware checklist and went through everything one by one.
I could not isolate any apps as the culprit.
I did an OS re-install using a back-up.
I've tried disconnecting peripherals.
I switched to Ethernet.
I tried off-internet.
I brought my computer to a pretty reliable PC repair shop. They could not get it to crash even once while stress testing for almost 2 weeks.
I briefly stress tested at home and could not get a crash.

Here's my build:
CPU: ryzen 5 1600 AF
MOBO: ASRock B450M PRO4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
RAM: G.Skill Aegis 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory
SSD: Western Digital Blue SN550 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
Power: Corsair CX (2017) 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Case Fane: ARCTIC P14 PWM 72.8 CFM 140 mm Fan
Windows 10

I'm 99% sure everything is put together right and compatible.

Please, any help is appreciated. I feel like I'm out of paths to take.

My advice would be to set the memory speed to 2933Mhz in the bios
