Question Diagnostic lights on motherboard ?

my motherboard has yellow diagnostic lights
VGA, CPU, BOOT, DRAM

when i try to turn on, the CPU light turns on for a second then switches to the DRAM light. I bought new RAM thinking it was broken and same issue. the motherboard is brand new too

only fans spin but no display. gpu is brand new too and is working because i tried it on another PC

Can you upload some photos of inside case with side panel off, use Imgur or similar to host images. Photos of ram and power connectors, taken from different angles etc.

List rest of your pc specs too please. Cpu, cpu cooler, psu model, gpu, monitor etc.

Dram error, often because memory isn't seated properly as in not pressed fully down, the dimm clips should latch in the cutout groove both sides of the memory module. Perhaps a bent cpu pin, god forbid not.
