Diagnostic tool for Motherboard (Asus M5A97)

Hi,

I have Asus M5A97 motherboard. I purchased it about a year ago.

I am looking for a diagnostic tool which can detect and diagnose each and every functionality of the motherboard so that I can be assured that motherboard is functioning completely fine.

Also I would like to know how to check the benchmark performance of the motherboard.

Please guide me a better tool for this diagnosis.
