diagonising your pc loop!!!!

One day i was play counterstrike and i had to get off to go to sleep.
Next day i try to turn it on and it says "prepairing automatic repair" or something of the sorts and then diagnosing your pc but brings me to automatic repair. Ive tried everything even resetting but that somehow has an error every time ive tried about 2-3 times and im really in need of help.
I might try to reinstall windows from a usb but i honestly have no idea how that works thanks for the help in the meantime :/

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue.
- Do a hard reboot first, unplug the power cord then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds and do test it again after.
- Next is to try and load in Safe Mode, while the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Options then select Safe Mode.
- If you'll come across with the same error that means you'll need to reinstall Windows 10.
