Dialog boxes not displaying content fully?

I have a problem with dialog boxes on Windows 10 not displaying the content fully. Its rather frustrating as I can not see most of the text or the buttons to click on. I have changed my resolutions to different ones and also display size but the problem still persists Does anyone have a fix for this?

Can you please pass on your full systems specs? If a laptop then please state your laptops make and model number. Are you sure your BIOS and device drivers, namely the graphics card drivers, are up to date? Is this installation of Windows 10 availed through the free upgrade path or anew? What sort of errors/messages are you seeing on your dialog boxes? Try a repair install and see if the issue is averted and likewise try reinstalling your graphics card drivers with a previous version to rule out the GPU drivers as the culprit.
