Diamond VC500 recording problem

Installed Diamond VC500 video capture on two computers (Win7 and Win10). I can play video from VCR and see it in the EXGrabber screen, but when I push record button, the screen gets out of sync completely(diagonal lines). Video file records sound but not the video. Any suggestions?

I was attempting to digitize home movies. I found the solution on the Diamond web site. Seems both of my computers have Intel builtin graphics and use shared memory. Switching from EZ Grabber to the ArcSoft ShowBiz software solved my problem. Not as many choices for recording format, but it works!
