[SOLVED] Did a userbenchmark and my ssd is doing 3%???

So today this was my first userbenchmark in like a year. Just to check out how my things were doing. So im going through the list:

Processor: Good
GPU: Meh
SSD: 3%??
etc

I dont know why its like that, im not really good at computer parts and building ( I didnt build my pc ) so I'm coming on here for some help

I just did a threat scan on malwarebytes and got nothing, just a unwanted program thats I know is good

I did another benchmark and its now at 22%, but it still isnt ment to be this low

Update: I did some tests, downloaded some things on here: https://www.passmark.com/products/

And nothing, did another benchmark still at 3%? sometimes I do a benchmark and it goes up to 20% but still not meant to be this low

I also downloaded this: https://osdn.net/projects/crystaldiskinfo/downloads/72256/CrystalDiskInfo8_4_2.zip/ to check my ssd's health, but the weird part is that I could see my hdd's health but not ssd

Try CrystalDiskMark battery of quick tests on it....; most SATA3 spec SSDs will push ~400-550 MB/sec sequential reads, while older SATA2 rigs will be capped at ~200-250 MB/sec)

If your SSD is small and/or nearly full, that will not help, either....

alright so I did a test and it says: SEQ1M Q8T1 - 358 MB/sec read and SEQ1M Q1T1 - 370 MB/sec read.

My storage on my drive is 159/223 GB (71%) But I can open some more space if that's needed.
