Question Did anyone try the new “F9” BIOS version for Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master?

Hello!
Gigabyte just released the new “F9” BIOS version for the Z390 Aorus Master motherboard.

Did anyone try it?
Did anyone have any trouble with this version?

Just throwing in food for thought.
Is there any reason why you want to update the BIOS? Generally, unless you need to in order to resolve an issue or improve compatibility, you shouldn't fix what isn't broken IMO. As BIOS updates can sometimes make things worse.

Not to mention that if anything goes wrong during the update process such as the electricity is cut user'd probably end up with a bricked motherboard. This is less of an issue with dual BIOS boards such as some Gigabyte boards but it happens during BIOS update.

However, as PC Tailor said, sometimes things get worse and general rule is do not update BIOS unless you need to fix a problem or some instability or incompatibility issue.
