Did dx12 card can send data to dx10 card?

Hi guys

recently i bought second graphics card (gt610) just for the third monitor. Normally im using gtx275 but the point is that gtx275 supports up to dx 10 and gt610 even dx12. Now, is there any way to send data from gt610 to gtx275? It Propably sounds ridiculous but, its just for science.
