did everything and it still will not connect to wifi!!

rca 7 voyager android 4.4 tablet will not connect to wifi. did all the suggestions. nothing. now what do i do please>

Any error messages on the tablet? if so, please post same.

Please also list what you already tried to fix the problem so we don't suggest something you already tried.

we have rebooted the router 2 times, reset the tablet 3 times, took the tablet over to the router several times and tried to connect it, walked around the house trying to connect it, had it by my laptop try to connect, tap on forget then type in password then tap on connect. with all of this last night and this morning, still get ....authetication problem....
