Question Did I broke the CPU ?

hello everyone, recently I have changed my Ryzen CPU cooler with a custom cooler at the first try of removing the cooler it was stuck I tried to twist it by force and it didn't work so I heated up the CPU and then it worked and got the old cooler away but now after installing the new cooler the temps are way better for sure but I got to like the CPU usage is 100% and the audio stutter with a hang. Is there any chance that I've broken or bent the pins of the CPU should I check it or search about software problems?
My Specs:
Ryzen 5 5600
Aorus B450 Elite
GTX 1660
16GB 3200Mhz of Memory
Samsung SATA SSD as primary storage
OS: Windows 11

If your computer works normally then the "bent pins" question is not relevant.

High CPU usage is usually caused by a resource hungry process, you can open the Tasks Manager to see what's going on there.
