Recently I built a pc and it won’t turn on the fans won’t even start to spend. Any ideas what I did wrong?

All the parts -
Motherboard - ASUS M5a78l - M plus/usb3
CPU - AMD Fx 4300
GPU - GeForce Gtx 1050
Memory - Patriot Memory DDR3 16Gb (8 x 2) 1600MHz
PSU - EVGA 450 BT, 80+ Bronze 450W
Case - DIYPC P-48W
1 Terribite hard drive
SSD- Sandisk SSD plus 120gb

Those are all the cables that are plugged in

(Ik that the gpu and hard drive aren’t in here, I’m using them for another pc)

What do you mean PSU is brand new? Your system doesn't respond when trying to turn on. What do you think makes the fans turn on? Cpu power up? And the rest of it? Power supply. It can be a 300$ PSU I'll still tell you to test it.
If brand new things didn't break, they would not have warranty.

To check if your power button on PC Case is not dead:
1. Disconnect wires from PC Case power button
2. Use metal item to shortcut pins of POWERSW pins.
