not sure where you are looking, but i see the 2400 still listed for sale
on-line in the home division, the small business division, the medium &
large business division, and the government, education and healthcare
division. perhaps you are just looking at the 'recommended' systems, the
ones that they are pushing for some reason (probably because they are the
most profitable or they have excess capacity they are looking to fill). the
2400 is a perfectly good machine, and possibly a great buy if you happened
upon a good promotion. however, given regular pricing the extra $30 for the
dimension 3000 is worth the faster bus speed that it comes with in my
estimation. but don't fret, you have 21 days from the invoice date from
which to decide if you want to return it.
