Question Did I choose the wrong memory?

my board MSI B350M PRO-VDH data sheet says Support DDR4 1866/ 2133/ 2400/ 2667(OC)/ 2933(OC)/ 3200(OC)+ Mhz*

Windows 11 if that matters

What's the CPU? The motherboard should support the ram, though it is possible the rate will be reduced to 2400 or something less (to force compatibility). It may be necessary to enable memory overclocking in BIOS in order to get the ram sticks to work at 3200MT/s.

I asked cause I changed them with old but display (moniter) didn't come on

When I changed back, display came on

Put new ram in, do a CMOS reset, and then try booting again.

CMOS? I think I'll call a pc repair shop...having problems with my air cooler (it's a dual fan radiator and 1 fan spins for 1 second (or less) but other fan spins normal)
