[SOLVED] Did i damaged my CPU?

Hello, I tried to Overclock my q6600 via Set FSB since my Mobo doesnt support OC (Intel DP35DP), i got to 2.95 GHz then my PC freezed and since then im only getting blue screens, when i tried to boot from hard drive i got only automatic repair and inportant drivers are missing, somehow i got into USB installation Win 10 (i get bluescreens even here) and formatted my drive, the files have copied then i get another freeze

Have you tried clearing the CMOS? FSB overclocking is more risky as it overclocks more than just the cpu.

I can get into BIOS so i can set default but no i didnt, i can try

okay just cleared cmos bith jumper and everything is alrything, no bsod anymore, but i did it before jst dont understand it, nvm everything working
