I was installing my new HDD into my PC but right after that the PC won't power on anymore. When I press the power button, the PSU fan is not running and none of the PC parts are running. Did I fried my PSU?
Note that I forget to turn off the power supply before installing the HDD and I plugged the power right back in after installation of the HDD.
