Did I fry My GPU

Well I was messing around with evga precision and I accidently clicked on k boost with some over clocked setting that I set it to boot with. Now I can boot into windows for a couple of seconds then strange artifacts appear and my computer freezes forcing me to shut it down. I can boot into safe mode perfectly but not start windows normally.

go into safe mode and see if you can reset your settings back to the way they were....

if not in safe mode uninstall your video drivers and reinstall them after rebooting your pc and getting back into windows normally..
