Did I fry my motherboard by having it unplugged from the PSU when I turned on the PC?

Did I fry my motherboard? I accidentally stated my PC with the motherboard unplugged from the PSU, The PC would turn on for a few seconds tbe turn off and repeat that until I forced it to stay off. Now my PC wont boot and the monitors wont connect to either my graphics card or the motherbard.

Asking from my Wii U as I have no other means now. 🙁

No, you did not fry your motherboard. The board simply detected that it did not have the proper voltage input, so it keep restarting until it would have the proper voltage to run it. Simply plug all of the power connections back into the board, and it should be up and running.
