My fx 8350 left me feeling like I was missing something. Will this system play the division, skyrim, Witcher 3. CS go, and other new games at a high setting at 1080 or 1440? I'm so sick of not having the power I needed with my amd.

Did I do the right thing? Did I get a good deal? I sort of regret not getting the tridentz 3200 rgb ram set. Mistake? Any ideas to make this build better plz let me know. Love Toms and all the great people on here.

Dang son, $360 for all that? That is a killer deal, and that CPU/RAM will run perfectly with the GPU you have now, and will give you much better results than the 8350 you were running before. Don't worry about the lower speed ram, that's not at all a concern with the setup you'll be running. The performance boost you'd see from upgrading RAM speed would be extremely minimal.
I have NEVER has an Intel machine. I'm terrified. Will the i5 6600k outrun my fx 8350? Is over clocking hard? And is my motherboard even capable of.over clocking?

Will my seasonic snow silent 1050w PSU power this cpu and gpu ok? If so, can it handle one more 980 ti in sli?
