[SOLVED] Did I get all the malware?

Hey. Recently had most of my accounts hacked and when I ran a malwarebytes scan it detected 3 trojan files. I deleted them but since im very paranoid I ran Avira, Windows Offline Scan, IObit all in a safemode-boot. While they all detected nothing I was wondering if there is any logs I can give it order to make sure all the malware is gone as it was a huge pain to change every password. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I just scanned with kapersky too. It said nothing was detected.

do a fresh os install.
but do change all the accounts password.
