Ok so this will be my first build ever. Its an itx build in the Nano S and the mobo I have is the ASRock z270 itx/ac. I bought a H100i v2 and 4 Corsair SP120 red led fans, 2 to replace the ones on the AIO, one for the bottom intake and the other for rear exhaust. So I just now realized that all of my fans are 3 pin connectors and the H100 has 4 pin connectors. So, did I goof or can I somehow still plug all the fans in and control the rpms as I'd rather not have them be operating at 100% all the time. And forgive me if this is a dumb question, I am a total newbie to this type of stuff. Thanks for any help.

Solution
the pump one is for the AIO pump, then yes, if you can split the CPU fan header plug both fans into that, if not then do one in chassis 1 and the other in CPU fan, just make sure to set the same fan profile for both in the BIOS, otherwise they might not run at the same speed, and make more noise than what is needed.

Here is a pic of my motherboard layout with all 3 fan headers http://i.imgur.com/306Yt1k.jpg So by looking at this, I would plug the 2 fans on the AIO into the CPU fan header? Then the other 2 into the cha_fan1 header?
