[SOLVED] Did I install motherboard into case properly

I am building a PC for the first time. I am about concerned about how my motherboard is fitting into the IO and looks like it is kind of low. I was wondering if this would cause issues with the ability of the ports to work like this:

looks ok difficult to tell as to it being fitted to the case but they generally clip in looks fine.

The cables fit in the ports just fine. I guess I'm good to go on continuing the build then.

Looks good to me.
Usually, if things are not fitting, you will not get the motherboard rear fittings to go through the i/o shield.
